The CALDA Training Model is a research-informed professional learning framework designed to support educators in addressing instructional discontinuities, especially within culturally and linguistically diverse learning environments. Grounded in the CLIP-T evaluation model, CALDA guides participants through a five-phase process: identifying challenges, analyzing root causes, learning best practices, developing targeted strategies, and applying solutions in real-world contexts. Each phase is intentionally structured to support reflective, equity-focused practice and instructional transformation.
